When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password directly.

When you connect third-party services, we access data from those services as authorized through OAuth. We store connection metadata (service name, connection status) and access tokens. We process your data from connected services only when you interact with those integrations through GreatChat.

GreatChat uses third-party AI model providers (such as OpenRouter) to generate responses. Messages you send are forwarded to these providers for processing. By using GreatChat, you agree to data being processed by our model providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
